Wednesday, January 18, 2006Quit Smoking After You Got Coverage?As more and more of our clients are joining the select group of people that throw away their cigarettes and, more importantly stays away from them for at least a year, we have the pleasure of going back to the insurance companies to try and negotiate non-smoker rates on renewal.If you have given up smoking in the past year you need to bear in mind that many insurance companies will allow conversion to non-smoker rates which can lead to dramatic premium savings.
